Tonic originally served the architecture and interiors sector, but when Covid halted projects, founder Lewis Lawes pivoted into clean-energy recruitment, a move that’s seen the company grow from two people to a thriving ten-person team. While the business scaled quickly, the brand and website didn’t keep pace. Their old WordPress site, set up DIY with a template job board, no longer reflected their professionalism or supported their need for a job board integrated with their CRM system, Bullhorn.

Tonic partnered with a branding agency, but the website design they provided wasn’t hitting the mark. I stepped in to redesign the site, ensuring it felt aligned with the new brand direction and included the functionality they needed for Bullhorn. Initially, I worked with developers to bring the design to life, but I’m now rebuilding the site myself so the business has full control and flexibility. Alongside the website, I created supporting assets including social media templates, business cards, and brochures to give the brand consistency across every touchpoint.
